The Human Resource Department is dedicated to developing our workforce through the application of sound personnel policies. We will strive to continually provide an equitable work environment for our employees through fair and impartial employment practices. Mission Statement:

The Ute Indian Tribe Personnel System is designed to recruit hire and maintain the most competent possible work force for the achievement of the objectives of the tribe. The effective management of a personnel system as designed herein will insure job security, training and development, and constant improvement for the employees of the Ute Indian Tribe and the Ute Tribe itself.
