Online Payment
The completion of a business license application and the payment of fees does not constitute approval of a business license. Applications must be approved before a license is issued and before work begins on the Uintah & Ouray reservation. The Ute Tribe Energy & Minerals and UTERO Departments are now taking online payments. Click the button below to go to the website for online payments.
Office Hours
The Ute Indian Tribe Energy & Minerals Department accepts walk-in clients, please adhere to our tribal policies while at the Energy & Minerals Department.
Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If you have any questions regarding the Access Permit or Business License process, please contact our office at 435-725-4950.
