Family Services
OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Ute Family Services (UFS) provides services to children and their families to prevent problems that lead to child abuse and neglect and ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of children. UFS also investigates allegations of child abuse and/or neglect and oversees the licensing services for resource families and child care institutions. The UFS Child Welfare and Title IV-E Policy and Procedures Manual is designed to be a reference guide for UFS staff members, relative to the policies, procedures and rules required by laws and administered or supervised by the UFS Executive Committee. You can learn more about our Title IV-E Policy and Procedures by clicking here.
