UIT HOUSING PROGRAM:

TO ALL HOME OWNERS: This is a friendly reminder that it is very important that you change your air filters in your new homes each month.  Since we have been having extreme heat in our area and we all want to work our central air units to full capacity to stay cool.

Keep in mind, as your air filter catches all of the natural particulate pollution of your home debris and dirt will clog your unit causing it to over work.   Central Air Conditioners that have dirty air filters don’t work properly without adequate airflow, the coil gets to cold and freezes, when the ice melts dripping into the condensation pan, it can over flow and cause water to overflow and flood your home causing water damage to your home.  You will be responsible for the damage, since you are the home owner.

The size of the filter will be on the air filter when you remove this to replace, if you should have any questions, please contact to Housing Program and we will assist you in locating the size that is proper for your home.

If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Debra Jones at the office (435) 725-7089 or my cell number (435) 823-8066.
