(LOW INCOME HOUSING ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM)
The LIHWAP (Low Income household water assistance program) with the Ute Indian Tribe is a funded program under the Office of Community Service grant and is intended to assist low income household with their water burden. This program is temporary and will end September 30, 2023.
